Unzip and open the PDF in a desktop PDF reader that supports forms. Replace the sample text and save. For multiple table numbers, save a separate copy for each number. Print at Actual Size / 100%. Use larger paper and trim if your printer cannot print to the edge. Print one test first.
Please check before buying
Only the specified text fields are editable. Artwork, headings, fonts, colors, layout and size are fixed. This is not a Canva template. English/Latin text is supported within field length limits. Browser and mobile PDF editors vary.
Watercolor artwork is approximately 210 pixels per inch at the supplied 5 x 7 size; do not enlarge. This is a tabletop suite, not a large entrance sign. Names and menu details shown are fictional examples. Decorative artwork was created with AI assistance for Nest & Name.
