Using our store

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful content. You must be legally able to place an order or have authorization from a parent or guardian where required.

Products and personalization

The product listing identifies whether an item is a physical product or a digital download. Review the selected size, style, quantity and personalization before checkout. Mockups illustrate a design; screen colors and the finished printed item may vary slightly. Any material discrepancy, fault or incorrect item should be reported using our return and refund policy.

For custom orders, only submit text or images you are entitled to use. You authorize us and the production partners handling your order to use those materials to produce and fulfill that order.

Prices and payment

Review the currency and final total at checkout. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. If an order cannot be fulfilled, or an error affects its price or description, we will contact you rather than substitute a product or charge an additional amount without your agreement. If an order is canceled, any payment collected for the canceled items will be refunded.

Production, shipping and order changes

Made-to-order products require production time. Delivery estimates and shipping terms are explained in our shipping policy. Contact us promptly for a change or cancellation; we cannot guarantee changes once production begins.

Returns and problems with an order

Our return and refund policy explains how to report damaged, incorrect, missing or defective items and request assistance. These terms do not exclude or restrict rights and remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

Digital files

A digital purchase provides the files and usage license described in its listing. Buying a download does not transfer copyright. Follow the license supplied with the product and do not redistribute or resell the file unless that license expressly permits it.

Privacy and third-party services

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payment, analytics and fulfillment services may be provided by other service providers. See our privacy policy for how personal information is handled. An Etsy purchase is a separate transaction governed by the terms applicable on Etsy.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Updates do not remove rights relating to an existing order. Our business details and contact address are available in contact information.
